Complimentary Financial Planning Sessions Offered for Beach FC Families; Includes Chance to Raise Funds For Our Programs
Starting February 1st, 2006, members of Beach FC will have an educational opportunity to meet with a financial advisor at no charge -- or future obligation. The complimentary initial consultations will be provided by Commonwealth Financial Partners, LC, a general agency of MassMutual Financial Group, located in Virginia Beach.
As an incentive to take part in this opportunity, you'll also be able to raise money for Beach FC for scheduling the meeting. Through a special arrangement with MassMutual Financial Group, our organization will earn donations based on the number of members choosing to attend the complimentary consultations. Donations will be used to support Beach FC’s need-based financial aid for families that need financial assistance as well as the TOPSoccer program that will provide young athletes with mental and physical disabilities a fun and safe soccer environment. Members attending a free initial consultation will be able to discuss financial issues and concerns, such as college or retirement planning, with a qualified financial professional in a private, confidential setting. Each family will then receive helpful information tailored to their own goals and objectives. There will be no obligation by either members or our organization to purchase or endorse any products or services. The meetings are meant to be an educational opportunity.
The program, called Commonwealth Community Partnership, is part of a new local opportunity for non-profit groups made possible through Commonwealth Financial Partners, LC and MassMutual Financial Group.
