(TCC) Take I-264 West to I-64 East (Chesapeake/Suffolk). Follow I-64 East to I-464 and Dominion Blvd. Take exit 291B Dominion Blvd, (104). Follow Dominion Blvd approximately 3 miles, cross Intercoastal Waterway to first traffic light and turn left on Cedar Road. Follow Cedar Rd for ¼ mile, turn at the first left, Bell's Mill Rd at TCC. Fields are on the left.
